The BHRC are having a new database (and then website) designed because the old ALFIE computer system died last year. It is not a quick fix and we are working with the company to have it fully operational ASAP.

In the short term it does mean we are having to do a lot of things manually – which takes longer.

It also means that a lot of information which fed from ALFIE onto the website such as horses in training, licensed people, results etc are not available at the minute. We do have the information in other formats but it is not feeding automatically onto our website, these were designed purely for us to function.

We apologise, we know that it is disappointing, but our focus at the minute is getting racing on and working with the design team to get the system in place ASAP.
