As everyone will be aware a panel made up of some of the BHRC directors and track officials have been undertaking a review of the rulebook over the winter. Please see attached a provisional draft of the proposed rule changes. We welcome feedback from members on the suggested rule changes by email to bhrc.office@yahoo.co.uk. All feedback to be received by 5pm Wednesday 12th April.
