Another milestone for Harness Racing in Ireland was achieved Saturday as a delegation from the Irish Harness Racing Association made a formal presentation to the 71st General Assembly of the UET held at Vincennes in Paris for membership of the Union European du Trot to join with the other twenty European nations.
