Taking into account the reactions in both Ireland and Great Britain to the initial proposal, we have decided that for 2017 we should operate completely separate Sales and Series. On the basis of the experience gained during 2017 we will then explore a joint operation for 2018.

Of course this means that the Finals purses in both countries will be less than it would have been in a combined series. However, the great interest already expressed here in GB means that we can estimate a total Finals purse, competed for only by our own horses and on a local track, of £30,000. Heats will normally offer between £1000 and £1300 depending on the number of entries.

We will discuss with Le Trot when we can arrange our own Sale and will be seeking 25 2yos (3yos from January 1). It is likely to be in December so you may have a nice Christmas present. The £200 deposit date will be extended form November 1 to November 10. Full Price £2500.
