As per BHRC rules all owners, trainers and drivers must be licensed and horses must have been declared as in training 28 days prior to that date with the BHRC. Any person/horse not cleared by the BHRC won’t be allowed to take part. (The Race Fee for the horse does not have to be paid to enter these races but must be paid at least 7 days before entering for an actual race meeting).

All drivers taking part must have insurance in place. (£30 fee can be paid to Fred Hay).
