Evenwood Harness Racing are planning to hold two workouts and qualifying days at Binchester weather permitting and five race meetings (3 at Binchester and 2 venue to be confirmed) to try and fill some of the race days which York are unable to commit to. For the August meeting we are going to organise a charity meeting, by doing so we are hoping to acquire sponsorship from local companies and stores within the area.

The club would also like to hold major 2 and 3 yr old races at the August meeting, entry fee would be via 3 monthly instalments payable by 30 of April, 30 May and 30 June. An entry form will be available by 1st April, staying prize money and entry fee etc., subject to sufficient entries.
Other races would include maiden, novices, trotting races and Free For All both subject to sufficient entries. Depending on the number of races, either straight races for open horses or heats and final, this will be confirmed nearer the time.
