Further to the updates to the Handicap Rules and Regulations for 2019 being suspended in January until November 2019, it was confirmed that the Handicap Rules and Regulations in place from 1st January 2018 would remain in place until 1st November 2019.
The Handicap Rules and Regulations from 1st January 2018 only included Penalty Free at the beginning of the season. Therefore there will be NO end of season Penalty Free racing in 2019.
