Events 1 and 2 are open to the top 64 handicap horses with a minimum rating of 32 point. There will be a 50/50 split done with the handicap horses at the close of entries with higher marked horses going in Event 1 and the lower marked horses in Event 2.

In the event of there being a odd number of Heats the greater number of Heats will run in the High grade Heats and final

Heats to be ran as open preferred handicap (regardless on point split)

Final to be ran using national ratings system races will be run on trails where 10 points = 10 yards using the BHRC handicap marks from the bottom horse and working upwards.

Ratings races for horses not eligible for the heats and final

Maiden races for horse with no life time wins

STAGBI 3year olds

Minimum to split for Colts and Fillies if 5 for each division.
If split, purse is £2000 per division
(£1250/£500/£250)
If combined Colts and Fillies, purse is £2550 (£1400/£600/£300 plus bonus of £250 for highest placed finisher of opposite sex to the winner)
