LICENCES & PASSPORTS – 28 day rule

Should you intend to take your horses to be qualified within the month of April, then may I remind you of the 28 day ruling – Section Q1 of the Rule book that clearly states that all horse passports and licence holders must be fully paid up within the 28 day ruling and specific actions will be taken should your paperwork not be in order and your horse will not be allowed to enter the racetrack.
