Tir Prince Raceway, as the successful bidder, will be host to the Sire Stakes Series in 2016, 2017 and 2018
The 2016 Series will be staged on Saturday 24th September

Nomination and 1st Sustaining Fees all due by 31st March 2016

The Sire Stakes is the longest running stakes series which, originally initiated by a group of stallions owners and racing enthusiasts, has stood the tests of time and continues in it’s aim to encourage breeding and reward home-grown produce

If you have a yearling by a stallion nominated in 2014 (View List) they are eligible for future Sire Stakes races

All horses nominated as yearlings in 2015 are now eligible to be sustained for the 2YO, 3YO and 4YO race divisions:

All Standardbred stallions are invited to be nominated. Nomination fee includes automatic nomination of all progeny from coverings in year of nomination (i.e. 2017 foals), plus advertising of the stallion
