Nominations are now open via the BHRC Online Entry System for Sire Stakes stallions for 2023, this will allow any foals born in 2024 to be eligible for the Sire Stakes races. Nominations are being taken from stallions standing in both Britain and Ireland.

Stallion Nomination is £250 before the 1st of April. Any Stallion who nominates before the 1st of April and who covers 3 or less mares in 2023 (as shown by STAGBI or IHRA covering certificates issued) will be able to apply for a refund of this nomination fee. Any foals from sires eligible for the refund would still be eligible for nomination into the series.

Any Stallion who nominates into the Sire Stakes before Friday 17th of February will receive a free advert in the Spring BHRC Calendar.
