York holds its annual Standardbred Horse Sale on Saturday 7th October at 11am with top quality horses up for sale.
Horses sold at this sale are proven winners. In recent weeks we have seen horses take out major races. Robyn Camden was sold in 2016 and is unbeaten so far as a 2YO winning the Diamond Creek VDM fillies in Ireland breaking the track record in the process.
Mikey Camden and Tommy Camden recently finished 1st and 2nd at Bells Field with Mikey coming off a 70 yard trail and Tommy was the fastest horse on the day winning it’s heat.
All year we have seen Camden horses winning and not only is it a sale of Camden horses we have lots of top quality bred horses for sale and only a few years ago Coalford Tetrick was sold for a bargain price and has went on to be in the top class of UK and Ireland harness racing ranks breaking track records at Amman Valley and Portmarnock over two distances.

After the sale there will also be quality racing with the highlights being the STAGBI Broodmares Pace, the Anto Russell Memorial FFA, the Daniel Welling Memorial Pace, Prakas plus lots more action.
